Before testing your Broadband speed test connections, you must find out some information. The first thing is if your connection is 'capped'. This means that your high speed connection might be severly restricted by the company who runs your wire into your place of business or home. They get charged money on how much bandwidth you use, and the faster your connection, the more data you push through the wire and therefore the more bandwidth you use.
